For All Air Conditioning & Duct Working Applications, these machines are used to produce strengthening beads to stiffen duct work against vibration and replace the old method of cross braking. It has a 2.5m working length for up to 1.2mm mild steel. 
The machine form beads at 305mm centres and the beads are adjustable to 5mm in depth by means of a convenient adjustment to the top roll assembly.
